虾仁---大概20粒(小的) 用盐跟胡椒粉淹一下,本来就是做着玩的, 也没去买大虾,就用老爸买的河虾剥了几个虾仁 e1LB&Reb
虾饺下面垫的是火龙果的皮, 废物利用,正好没有胡萝卜了.

做法: 把两种粉用开水搅拌,加食用油,揉成面团,醒一下,弄成小块擀皮包虾仁上笼蒸5分成o Y
