老醋花生米做法,冷锅,冷油,冷花生米一同下锅,小火慢炒,听到有花生米炸的声音,就要密切注意了,如果等到用铲子炒花生有一种脆脆的响声,那就赶快起锅吧,别糊了。这时再淋上一点白酒冷却后会更脆。另起一锅,下少许醋,白糖,盐,再用少许淀粉淋一个汁,冷却后,浇在花生米上, ok。酸酸的,甜甜的,好吃极了,花生听说吃多了,对身体有好处哟。
