3.锅中加入开水,烧开后放入五花肉汆一下,变色即捞出。大白菜放入盆中。

7.锅开后蒸10--15分钟出锅(视大白菜老嫩程度可适当加长时间)。

五花肉没必要汆,直接上锅蒸就可以。如果担心白菜会烂,可以先蒸肉。我自己试过~:teeth
