香浓芝士弯管面

这个是看了上海台一档美食节目以后照搬来的,他的 特点就是让芝士融化在弯管里面,所以吃的时候可以强烈感觉到面面的柔韧和芝士的香浓。。。。。

材料:弯管面,车打和马苏,鸡蛋一个,牛奶,还有 一点黄油

弯管几人份的话就抓几把,水里加盐加一点油加面煮5,6分钟,不要太熟,再用凉水冲一下

面面继续放锅子里,加牛奶和鸡蛋一个,车打刨丝,马苏也扔一点下去,加盐和融化好的黄油,充分搅拌。
盛在烘焙盆里,撒点香料,包起来,150度45分钟
