主料:切片年糕150克,猪瘦肉50克,胡萝卜50克,干黑木耳(提前泡发)适量;

配料:红泡椒3个,姜末、蒜末、葱花、料酒、生抽、鸡粉、干淀粉、水淀粉、白糖、醋各适量;

1、瘦肉洗净沥干切成小丁,加入少许干淀粉与料酒拌匀;泡发的黑木耳去蒂洗净切碎,胡萝卜也切成小丁,红泡椒去籽后剁碎成末;将适量的生抽、鸡粉、盐、白糖、醋、水淀粉放入小碗中,调匀成鱼香味汁待用;

2、年糕放入沸水中煮至七成熟(约3分钟),捞出沥干;"hI4BZ!ew

3、热锅放油,下入瘦肉丁,炒散至变色后舀出待用;

4、锅内再加入适量的油,下入泡椒与姜蒜末,炒出香味后下入胡萝卜丁,翻炒约一分钟后下入黑木耳,炒匀;

5、下入煮好的年糕与先前炒好的肉末,炒匀后加入少许的高汤或水,煮约2分钟,下入葱花,倒入鱼香味汁,炒匀即可出锅。

把生抽换成老抽。还有就是把盐换成美味鲜可以么?本人吃年糕不怎么喜欢放盐:teeth
