1:野芹菜也叫水芹菜,叶子也可以食用,离水很容易枯萎,买回请尽早食用,或者将根部浸泡在清水里延长保鲜期;2:真空包装的蕨菜可以直接烹饪,如果是新鲜的,摘掉老茎后,要入开水汆烫一下再烹饪比较好;3:整个过程要大火爆炒,不仅可以保持蔬菜的嫩绿颜色味道好,也不会产生过多汤汁,致使营养流失;4:这两种蔬菜都很容易熟,所以炒制的时间不要太长。
