面线糊是一道很有家乡风味的美食。记得小时候吃的是用一种叫"嘉腊鱼"的肉做的,味道鲜美,但肉质略粗。鱼肉/高汤/面线一起熬煮成糊状,鲜美味完全的融合,吃时再淋上一大匙红葱油,完美的宵夜!
